Responsibilities
Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) is hiring a Marketing Data Scientist who will collaborate with team members to implement machine learning models leveraging data from sources across the sales and marketing pipeline. You will be joining a small, highly visible, analytics and operations team reporting into the CMO.
Primary Responsibilities
Use SQL and Python to build models leveraging data from multiple data sources across a multi-touch multi-contact organization-based customer journey.
Explain model performance and provide recommendations for feature generation and selection to business users with limited experience in ML concepts.
Build and deploy machine learning models leveraging packages like Scikit-learn and Pandas.
Design reporting dashboards within Domo, our BI platform, following data visualization best practices.
Identify gaps in processes and data collection to proactively ensure data quality across the marketing organization.
Collaborate with fully remote teammates: communicating needs, coordinating work, and communicating timelines and deliverables across global time-zones.
Qualifications
BA in marketing, engineering, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years building and tuning machine learning models.
2+ years working with B2B marketing data with an understanding of the lead journey, lead qualification processes, account-based marketing (ABM) metrics, and the marketing and sales pipeline.
2+ years executing work as part of a project-based team (agile project management experience preferred).
1+ years working with Domo or 2+ years working with other BI platforms.
Strong understanding of statistics and practical application of machine learning models.
Ability to independently build, evaluate performance of, and tune machine learning models.
Proficiency in Python; proficiency with git and version control; proficiency in working with APIs.
Excellent inter-personal communication skills - especially in the context of a fully-remote team and work environment.
