As a Striker (Field Sales Representative), you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts. You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with 'Perfect Store' standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.
ResponsibilitiesAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You will take pride in the ownership of your designated geographical patch, delivering against our key targets and metrics to execute excellence across a variety of Independent, corporate grocery, and P&C accounts.You will build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory.You will strategically approach a defined geographical territory, completing all allocated calls and executing effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity.You will help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers and master converting new business leads in non-traditional channels.You will drive the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards, winning 'cold can' and cashier placement in all channels.You will enhance Red Bull's share of space in-store using category insights and presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts.Minimum RequirementsSales experience required, and FMCG experience preferred but not essential.Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness.Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.A valid and full driver's license is required.Proficient in written and verbal English.Travel 80-90%.THE TEAMAs a Red Bull Striker, your aim is to drive sales and to support local store owners in growing their businesses.
