About the role
As an Operations Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver efficient back of house activities, ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time, including:
Complying with operations process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reporting.Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers.Contributing to optimal BOH space management, organisation, stock flow, and product storage in the back of house.Managing order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, and order fulfilment enquiries.
