Reporting to the Manager of Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Spain and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Corporates and its growth.Key Responsibilities:Manages autonomously a portfolio of clients acting as the main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.Manages, controls, and accounts client invoices and bank statements in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checks.Prepares and takes care of the presentation of annual accounts and official books of his clients' portfolio autonomously.Responsible for the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as informative declarations to different bodies.Attention to requirements from the Administration and response to them.Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.Supports the team when needed in the distribution of tasks and/or other junior team members on complex items.Follows the company quality standards and processes.Identifies and detects business opportunities based on client characteristics.Key Requirements:Ability to work in a team.Organizational and planning skills.Flexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients).Proactive and analytical thinking.Strong attention to detail.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.
Experience in management with multinational clients is highly valued.University education in ADE/Economics or similar; candidates with training in CFGS in Administration and Finance will also be accepted.
Suggestion: Degree in Administration and Finance/Degree in Law/Economics.Full mastery of Spanish accounting and tax regulations, especially regarding VAT, IRPF, IS, Spanish General Accounting Plan, and other relevant regulations for the provision of the service.High level of English.Proficiency in the Spanish language to be in contact with the Administration.Good knowledge of accounting management software.Knowledge of A3 software would be an asset.If you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
