As our People Tools & Systems Manager, you'll lead the optimisation of our tech stack, drive innovation, and ensure an exceptional employee experience at every stage.
Reporting to the VP of People, this is a senior individual contributor role, and you'll be pivotal in shaping a forward-thinking, tech-driven People team.What You'll Be DoingOwn and Optimise the People Tech Stack: Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of HR systems, including HiBob, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Udemy, Notion, and Looker.Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with the People team and stakeholders to ensure accurate collection, management, and reporting of HR data.Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation and simplification to transform key processes like recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with external providers to ensure we get the best tools, support, and value for our investment in HR technologies.
