We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team.
As a Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients within the Consumer Services industry who are seeking Norwegian-speaking candidates.
You will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our international team to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage with Norwegian-speaking candidates Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates through relationship building and candidate referrals Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates Requirements Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Consumer Services industry Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines Benefits Training & Development Competitive monthly salary Performance Bonus
