Your Responsibilities Will Include In your role, you will: Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enhance client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues and promoting a positive experience.
Meet key performance indicators and sales targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Requirements Are You the Right Fit?
We want motivated individuals who are ready to make a difference!
Requirements Fluency in Norwegian plus a good understanding of English .
Experience in sales, customer service , or account management is a plus but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to team success.
