The requirements You already live in or want to move to Greece
Fluent in Danish or Norwegian (oral and written), with a good knowledge of English
An ability to handle complex customer enquiries and find solutions
A positive and proactive approach to work
Strong PC skills
Job description Respond to customer enquiries via chat, calls and emails
Provide customers with information about products and services
Identify customer needs
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate prioritized issues
Follow up on customer calls where necessary
