Responsibilities Conduct recruitment processes for various roles in Nordic regions Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify suitable matches Maintain and manage a talent pool of Nordic-speaking candidates Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and specifications Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms in the Nordic languages Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in Nordic countries Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of the consumer services industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail *
