Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across Europe Build and maintain a network of Italian-speaking candidates Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions Create compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms Utilize social media and professional networking sites for recruitment purposes Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates as needed Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to placement Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Strong understanding of the Italian job market and employment trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail *
