Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for various roles within the consumer services industry. Conduct interviews in German to evaluate candidate suitability. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to find top talent. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies. Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
