At Benevity, we are actively searching for a Nonprofit Success Manager to join our passionate Nonprofit Success team.
What you will doOnboarding new Nonprofit partners in French-speaking regions to the Alaya platform and helping them in this process.Developing key partnerships with Nonprofits in French-speaking regions (securing volunteering opportunities, building close relationships).Organizing & overseeing corporate volunteering activities for individuals and groups (engagement of clients on the platform).Working closely with the client success team to ensure the good execution of their employee engagement program.Getting in touch with users (client's employees) and Nonprofits to facilitate these connections.Supporting the Content team by making sure the nonprofits keep their content up to date on the platform. Implementing content renewal process with existing Nonprofit partners to make sure the content is evolving and up to date on the platform.Building referral programs to grow the network of Nonprofits with existing partners.Brainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering on Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving and Impact Reporting.What you bringNative French speaker and excellent English proficiency.At least 2-4 years experience in a similar role.Experience in customer service, event management or project management roles.You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.Have a bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field.Ideally, you are based in Barcelona, Spain.Discover your purpose at workIf you're a passionate problem solver and want to put your skills to use helping the world's coolest companies do more good in the world, Benevity is the place for you.
