.About the JobThe Non-Financial Risk Analyst, based in Barcelona, is responsible for developing and managing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework within Allianz's Non-Financial Risk Management structure. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks while ensuring that risk management practices in Spain align with global standards. The analyst will work closely with local teams to implement TPRM frameworks, support risk assessments, and contribute to the operational resilience of Allianz's third-party engagements.What you doDevelop Third Party Risk management framework (TPRM) incl. risk strategy, policy and functional rulesReview 1 LoD-owned Third Party Risk management related Corporate Rules bookSupport review of 1 LoD activities to TPRM in local operations, ensuring risk management strategies are effectively implemented.Maintain TPRM risk related frameworks (incl. taxonomy, control objectives, risk statement)Produce TPRM Risk related KPIs & KRIsCollaborate with 1LoD teams on a regular basis to ensure effective risk management processes are in place. Prepare SvB, BoM, GFRC reporting presentationsAct as main point of contact (PoC) for OEs risk functions in Spain in relation to TPRMProvide administrative support, including reporting and documentation tasks.What you bringBachelor's / master's degree in economics, finance, business administration or a similar disciplineStrong analytical skills (and an eye for detail) to think critically, assess situations, and analyze and detect prospective risks and vulnerabilities.Strong communication & interpersonal skills: excellent interpersonal abilities to build productive, trusting relationships with other IT and business stakeholdersProblem-Solving SkillsExperience in working in an international environmentUnderstanding of key risk management principles3-5 years of experience, of which at least 1 year in Outsourcing / procurement function.
