The day-to-day job requires the individual to make high judgment decisions by following a standard operating procedure.Key Job ResponsibilitiesApply knowledge of Dutch language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.About the Team: Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video (PV) is device agnostic, defect-free and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
