.Purpose of the role: This is an exciting role assisting the Operations Manager in supervising the FREE NOW driver performances. The role offers a variety of responsibilities across operations, ensuring that drivers using the FREE NOW platform are offering the best quality of service possible by identifying, proposing new ideas and actioning a variety of driver behaviours. At FREE NOW we strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREE NOW App, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers. This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of operational tasks in the fast-paced environment of a growing company.Main areas of responsibility:Track driver performances across a number of KPIsAssess & analyse ride data and feedback to identify driver behavioursManaging & delivering on projects to keep up driver performancesPresent findings and actions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to Operation manager and other stakeholdersUse a variety of tools to reach out to drivers and work with them to ensure they are using the FREE NOW platform properly and relay the need for an excellent quality of service for FREE NOW usersAs a member of the Driver Operations team, ad-hoc assisting in other supply/driver based initiativesSkills and Competencies:6 months or 1 year experience in an operational or customer facing role.
