We are looking for an experienced and creative B2B International Social Media Manager to lead and execute our regional social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and YouTube.
Working within the global marketing organization, this position reports to the Regional Marketing Director North West South Europe and works closely with country marketing teams.
While our office is based in Madrid,
you will enjoy the freedom to work remotely and have the opportunity to visit the office or other locations whenever necessary.
Your tasksStrategy Development: Design and execute regional social media marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
Multi-channel marketing expertise to develop promotional campaigns is a plus.Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) with a tailored approach for each market.
Calculate accurate marketing budgets for each campaign.Content Creation: Partner with the creative team to produce innovative, engaging, and localized content (text, graphics, videos, etc.)
that resonates with diverse cultures and languages and competitive landscapes.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media campaign performance, using analytics tools to create periodic reports and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration with Local Teams: Coordinate with local marketing teams to ensure a culturally sensitive and relevant approach in each country.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on digital trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across major social media platforms.Your profilePrevious Experience: 8-10 years of experience in social media management in international or multinational environments.Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency (C1) in both written and spoken English.
Additional language proficiency is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and management/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Matomo).
Excellent communication skills and convincing presentation and project management skills.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs and create detailed reports, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
