Job Description
We're looking for experienced Backend Engineers to join our Tech team. You will work on distributed systems by developing one of our core products, the SaaS which is software for managing medical facilities.
We have several openings for 4 different teams with similar requirements.
Qualifications
What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?
Extensive experience with .NET / C#Experience with SQL, and ideally NoSQL databasesAre not afraid of designing complex functionalities in a scalable architectureBelieve in optimizing the quality, complexity and efficiency of the codeConsider testing as valuable as codingUsed to working in Agile, high-autonomy teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changesCare about product management and understanding user needsInterest in the business background of a projectStrong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilitiesAbility to express yourself freely in English, both verbally and in writingGrowth mindset: willingness to learn new concepts and approachesProficient in English communication, with a minimum of B2 level Bonus points Experience working in DevOps CultureKnowledge regarding queues and messaging systems (such as Azure queues or RabbitMQ)Experience with scalable distributed cloud systemsFamiliar with virtualization tools and container orchestration like Docker and KubernetesExperience in working with TDD, DDD and extreme programming practicesTrack record in product-oriented and data-driven environments Additional Information

Let's talk money
- A salary adequate to your experience and skills between 40,000 and 55,000 EUR. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company.
- Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;
