About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic EMEA Tech Recruiter who will play a key role in sourcing top talent for both technical and generalist roles across various departments.
This individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding great talent and will bring a blend of technical expertise and generalist recruitment skills to the table.
What You'll Do:Source, screen, and interview candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on IT and technology-related positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define roles, and establish candidate profiles.Use innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Phenom, and other recruiting platforms, to identify high-quality candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiations and onboarding.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on hard-to-fill and high-demand technical roles.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining TD SYNNEX's reputation as an employer of choice.Collaborate closely with the broader talent acquisition team to optimize recruitment strategies and share best practices.What We're Kindly Looking For:3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles such as software engineering, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.Ability to handle both technical and non-technical/generalist roles effectively.Proven experience with various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
