Qualifications:
Certifications / Education required - University degree, or equivalent diploma in HR. Marketing, media or communications background; a strong asset.
Fluent command of English.
IT tools, sourcing and modern techniques at a proficiency level.
Professional Experience required:
Typically, 3-5 cumulative professional experience in TA, Sourcing, Market intelligence and Employer Branding.
Experience in delivering Talent Attraction services regionally or globally.
Experience in delivering modern Talent Attraction services and technologies, including change and project management.
Remote team experience essential; experience in navigating remote and matrix structures an asset.
