In this pivotal role, you will take charge of identifying training needs and crafting comprehensive development programs that align with our organizational goals.

ResponsibilitiesConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs tailored to various roles.Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Collaborate with team leaders and management to support organizational objectives through training initiatives.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to integrate into training programs.Assist in onboarding new hires by developing orientation and training materials.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.Proven ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and impact.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training software applications.BenefitsThe opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.A perfect work-life balance.Being part of a multicultural team with a diverse background.A long term commitment with the opportunity for progression.Prompt payment on a monthly basis.Various incentive and bonus payout structures based on performance and time.Personalised training with access to our web-based knowledge library.
