We also have coffee and fruit in the office and access to paddle tennis courts.Work-life balance is important to us, that's why we work on a hybrid model (2-3 days of work in the office), with flexible hours and intensive Fridays.Career and training plans that will help you take on new challenges.UVE Member get Member Programme: if you introduce us to a friend and they become part of UVE, you will get a bonus!Flexible remuneration plan: restaurant ticket, transport, childcare, medical insurance and training.And most important of all the best working environment and the best team!What will your day-to-day life be like?As a part of the People, Culture Talent team developing strong internal client relationships, you will manage the whole UVE Recruitment Journey take part of other HR projects in line with the organization's strategic objectives.Responsibilities:Employer Branding: Design and implement the employer branding strategy.Internship Program: Manage the whole internship program from the relationship with universities to the hiring process with the new students.Employee relations: Manage the full cycle of employee relationship with the company from the hiring process of new employees to the exit process, acting as a liaison between the company and the employee.People and culture ambassador: Participate in the definition and implementation of innovative initiatives to boost our culture across the company.Active supporter to keep developing an outstanding place to work for our team.Requirements:Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations or master's degree in HR.1-2 years of experience working in a talent acquisition role in a fast-paced environment.Interest in developing your professional career in HR and in a techie sector.Ability to manage complex situations related to people.Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done.Self-driven and problem solver person with project management skills.Strong communication skills.Curious and innovative thinker that is not afraid to "think outside the box".English is required.
