We are currently looking for an exceptional Local Data & Programmatic Activation Manager for the Iberia Regions who will help us drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe.
Who are you? Above all, you are passionate about data and technology, programmatic, and have deeper analytic skills. You have years of experience in Adtech, audience & data management technologies with a deeper knowledge of Programmatic buying, Ad-operations, and experience in CDP/DMP to DSP workstream.
Reporting to the Local CP manager, and working closely with the central DMP Platform manager and the local Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data and consumer insights into actionable segments of Audience for Programmatic Buying to be used for each specific brand and campaign needs. You will use research, data, and analytics techniques to answer brands/marketing business questions and implement best practices around targeting strategy, data segment creation and activation, and campaign measurement. You are critical to enabling TCCC's HUB to deploy precision marketing strategies with high return on investment at the local level.
You have the ability to work in agile cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders. You are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. As a creative problem solver, you can comprehend technology with ease and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You bring energy and passion and are not afraid of working autonomously while putting the team's interest first.
What you'll do for us:
Process and coordinate all Data & Segment creation needs for your given market. You will also be responsible for the single market's Data P/L.
Responsible for 2nd and 3rd party data partnerships, and/or coordinate all "Audience Profiling" tech activities needed to create and maintain high-quality "Interest and attributes Taxonomy" for your given market.
Create audience strategies that align with campaign and business goals.
Responsible for the design and deployment of audience segments to be activated in TCCC's DSP for each specific brand and/or communication or media objective; building audience segments based on engagement signals, monitoring the volume of audience captured, and communicating with media activation & planning teams.
