Onboarding Timeline: IN 1 MONTH: You will begin to soak up the NITSNETS culture and its processes. You will get to know the whole team and the projects we are working on. You will be assigned a team leader who will be your guide for onboarding. You will start making your first contributions and gradually immerse yourself in the projects.IN 3 MONTHS: You will have a complete picture of the whole project and its aspects, having been involved in a wide variety of tasks. You will begin to provide solutions in line with the quality of the project, continuing to be mentored by the team and taking on more responsibility.IN 6 MONTHS: You will be fully integrated into NITSNETS and will have a comprehensive understanding of all projects. You will be providing solutions on a large scale, contributing your talent.What will be your responsibilities? Be the main point of communication with the customer.Receive, manage, evaluate, budget, and assign to the team the work requests received from the client.Manage the developer teams, both operationally and organizationally (vacation management, job vacancies, productivity control, task prioritization, etc.), and evaluate their hardware, software, and training needs.
