Your day-to-day tasks will impact millions of packages and end customers across the EU, hence attention to detail is paramount for this role.As part of your role, you will be responsible for connecting with all EU country stakeholders and primarily focusing on the German & Italian network. You will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery service partner experience. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network and internally for the team.
