Your future team You will lead the Customer Happiness team in Málaga that focuses on Bookiply, our software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently, on various channels.
You will handle pre/post-booking requests received from both guests and homeowners and assist them throughout their journey.
Your role in this journey: You will manage, motivate, and develop an international & growing team.
You will implement and optimize processes to increase customer satisfaction.
Regular reporting using most important customer service KPIs.
Active participation in employee recruiting and building the team.
Intensive cooperation with Product, Sales and Account Management for developing the guest/homeowner experience.

Experienced in leading an international team.
Strong communicator who remains friendly and calm in all situations.
Near native German and fluent English skills.
Experience using Zendesk is a plus.
