Key Responsibilities: As the System Security Manager, your role will encompass both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
You will:
Develop & Implement Security Strategies: Design, implement, and continuously refine Zephyrus Engineering's system security policies, procedures, and infrastructure to safeguard our digital assets. Risk Assessment & Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats proactively. Security Protocols & Incident Response: Establish and maintain incident response plans, lead incident investigations, and perform forensic analysis to ensure prompt and efficient threat resolution. Security Training & Awareness: Collaborate with IT and HR to create comprehensive security awareness programs that empower employees at all levels to uphold secure practices. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all security measures comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CMMC). System & Network Hardening: Oversee the configuration and hardening of systems, servers, and networks, applying best practices for firewall, encryption, and intrusion detection/prevention management. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and leadership, to align security efforts with company objectives and operational needs.
