As part of theTalent + Strategy Team, you'll work directly with members of the Executive Team and their senior leaders to create a functional people strategy for their department.
You will work collaboratively with the Talent team, as well as the regional HR People Partners or HRBP's to ensure we have the right people strategy in place to achieve our corporate goals and objectives.
Strong communication skills are key as you'll be managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Your prior experience as a strategic human resources business partner allows you to pull in the right resources to get the job done.
You will need to be asking the right questions to identify the problem and then create solutions to address the root cause.
