Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Jornada completaUbicación: 28014 Madrid, Madrid provinciaDescripción completa del empleoWe're looking for an intern in Talent Management – to help us with the Talent Management lifecycle in the company, including with such processes as Talent Review Meetings – analytics and preparation, performance and development cycle 2024, succession planning for key positions, diversity and inclusions projects, as well as development of high potentials.
Join us at Radisson's corporate support office for this exciting opportunity!THE JOB:You will be part of a fun team, with colleagues based both in Brussels and Madrid.
As a team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with the business on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention.
All this in a more and more digitalized way, supported by our HRIS system Workday and Applicant tracking system Harri.DURATION: 6 months.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:We want your internship in our department to be as exciting as you want it to be, so let's discover together in the first weeks what you would like to achieve in your internship.
Some ideas we already have in mind on what you can support us:Analyze the data gathered through the Talent review meetings and use it to plan Talent activities – global scope.Support with following global projects:Activation of Radisson Career Proposition – internally and externally, including organization of Global Career Month EventLaunch of the performance and development cycle 2024.Accelerate Cohort 3 – Fast track development program.REQUIREMENTS:Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.Being fluent in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other graphic tools is a plus.Nothing else than being your truly self and supermotivated to start an exciting journey for at least six months.THE COMPANY:Radisson Hotel Group is one of the most dynamic hotel companies operating in over 80 countries with strong brands such as Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson.
