): creation of projects, users, paternity leaves, sick leaves.Performs an interface role within all engineering departments, collecting information and writing reports to the management.Support to Planning and Process team for administrative tasks (monthly countable closure, resource load in projects, etc.
).Continuous improvement for the complete engineering process.Inspires with his passion and enthusiasm to continuously push innovation, willing to improve and optimize.Desired Skills and Experience: Essential Requirements: Knowledge of MS Office as user level, particularly it is important a good level of Excel (macros development not required).Knowledge of management tools as ARTEP, ATLHAS.Written and spoken English medium/high level.Capacity of sum up information from different sources.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Show interest in learning how to use new tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
