)Lead by example: as a team leader, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activitiesDay-to-day account management and partnership management with your clients and your team's clients' portfolioStrong partnership and mutual support with other Blu ManagersYou will be a true actor in Blu Management and Organizational Strategy:Take on operational management responsibilities within the companyParticipate in the strategy and further development of the companyIdentify areas of change/improvements and drive changesAnalysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planningMake Blu Selection one of the Key Actors of the European MarketInitiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team ProjectsOther Team Lead and Management back-upYou will work within a really dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key to success.
