ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create tailored solutions.Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and help them prepare for interviews.Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to placement.Track and manage candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping people succeed.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
