Music Coach

We are looking for a Music Coach to support the implementation of the "YsOU Chamber Music LAB" project in Asturias (27.11 - 1.12.2024).
"YsOU Chamber Music LAB" is a cooperation project between Creaio and the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine aiming to promote peace, empower young artists and encourage international cultural cooperation through music.YsOU Chamber Music Lab is a European project co-funded by the European Union, the Creative Europe program and the "ZMINA: Rebuilding" project.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning event logistics, including rehearsal schedules, venue arrangements and technical requirements, ensuring smooth execution; Work closely with musicians to prepare for each event; Provide individual and group coaching to young musicians participating in the project; Mentor and guide ensemble groups, focusing on chamber music techniques; Facilitate an inclusive learning environment that encourages mutual respect, cultural exchange and artistic expression; Contribute ideas for event themes or interactive elements that highlight the project's mission and engage the community; Provide insights on participants' development, challenges faced and the overall impact of the coaching sessions.This role requires a strong background in music coaching, experience in chamber music and a commitment to using music for social good.
Proficiency in English and experience working with young musicians in an international or multicultural context would be beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
