About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona.
As a key player in our sales and customer relationship team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners in Europe.
Your primary focus will be on engaging with retail partners to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
You will also be responsible for advising partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities and developing strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements: Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
Education: Possess a third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Polish, plus ONE of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
