Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure the efficiency of hiring strategies. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English (written and spoken). Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple countries. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
