Your responsibilities will include:Feed CEO and Management strategic reflection and decision making (research key topics, analyse industry talk, come up with disruptive ideas, challenging status quo & task orientation).Contribute to elaborate key strategic documents and strategic plans (all levels: current business units, new services, marketing, HR, etc.) and budget.Support M&A activities, including due diligence, business case preparation and leading integration activities.Monitor and assess business performance, including preparing for business reviews and meetings with the CEO.Support operational excellence and oversee strategic program implementation.Coordinate the internal management cadence and control tracking of all key priority projects.Mentor less experienced managers: sharing tips, techniques and templates, working closely with team members to provide insights on strategic initiatives.Work closely and act as liaison between global executive functions.Shape external and internal communications, supporting the preparation of internal and external meetings. Requirements:Master's degree in Business Administration is desirable.Strategy consulting experience in a top consulting firm is desirable and a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment.Experience in life-sciences or healthcare consulting is a plus.Excellent organizational skills, in particular, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with a focus on presenting actionable information.Strong interpersonal, networking and communications skills (written and oral).
