Job Mission:Works in the Regulatory reporting group within Complaints Handling of quality & Regulatory Affairs department and interacts with different other groups and departments, including but not limited to the regulatory compliance group, and the departments of Sales and Customer Service.Is compliant with processes and in line with corporate processes, standards, and applicable international legislation.Supports process improvement projects in line with corporate excellence programs and group objectives.Profile:Commercial apprenticeship or education as Dental assistant or equivalent or health science.1 or 2 years of experience in Customer Service with technical products or legal complaints.MS Office proficiency.Attention to detail.Good time management and organization skills.Good communication and writing skills.English: Advanced level. Written and fluent in other European languages is a plus (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese).Main Functions:Organize complaint handling activities for all European subsidiaries/Distributors to ensure the correct timing is observed, the accuracy of information, and to detect reportable cases, as well as to forward complaint information for product replacement or credit to Customer Service Department.Coordinate Complaints related training sessions in Europe to ensure that all staff involved with complaints are adequately trained.Receive complaint products and organize international shipments for investigation.Provide complaints reports upon Managing Director, Sales Rep, Customer Service, or Customer request.ZimVie is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
