This annuity project aims to drive the long-term success and growth of the vendor's channel operations through continuous improvement, strategic oversight, and effective resource management. With the support of the Program Channel Specialist team, the vendor will be well-positioned to manage its channel operations more effectively, allowing the internal team to focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority tasks. This collaboration will ensure a seamless, efficient, and compliant operational environment, fostering growth and success in the vendor's channel ecosystem. Please note that this is a Part Time role, working from 3 pm to 6.30 pm, to support and enhance its channel operations across North America (NAMER) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.Key Responsibilities: Compliance: compliance checks mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.Operational Support: issue resolution and process optimization enhancing operational efficiency.Partner Performance: performance monitoring and training programs driving partner success.Incentive Management: incentive programs motivating and rewarding partners.Act as a subject matter expert on partner program for partners and internal stakeholders that can work proactively to resolve critical issues and respond to questions.Support the creation of ancillary program materials such as FAQs, PowerPoints, notifications, program guides, and other materials.Manage the EMEA partner compliance from project plan, communication to delivery/execution.Participate in UAT testing and operational checks to validate program governance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
