At the same time, we want to support our potential buyers in their house-search journey by providing prospect properties. This represents an unparalleled opportunity to build the foundation of a new and strategic function. Your goal is to maximize monetisation opportunities related to our mortgage brokerage and real estate (house-search) services, by contacting and following up with customers: it is an inside sales commercial role.You will be responsible for:Qualify buyers in the top-of-the-funnel both on their home-search and financing needs;Nurture our portfolio of prospect buyers with follow up activities: email, calls, messages, etc.Present buyers with properties that match their search criteria and put them in touch with our agents.Sell our mortgage service and educate clients on the importance of budget setting / pre-approved mortgage;Support buyers with the selection of the right financing product and put them in touch with our credit analyst;Work in tandem with the Casavo Operations team to improve our CRM strategy in the top-of-the-funnel, proposing process improvements and CRM automations to accelerate our conversion rate.Represent the Voice of Customer from our prospective buyers.THE TEAM We are a fun, collaborative and diverse group who are responsible for powering Casavo's core business of acquiring, pricing, renovating and selling properties.
