Responsibilities: DevOps Experience: Work in DevOps processes and implementations in large-scale teams, collaborating closely to ensure streamlined and effective CI/CD workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure ARM, and AWS CloudFormation.
Monitoring and Telemetry: Oversee synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud integrations, leveraging New Relic to drive insights and improvements.
Data Visualization: Utilize telemetry (MELT) data visualization techniques post-implementation to ensure optimal system performance and insights.
CI/CD Implementation: CI/CD processes using tools such as OpenShift, GitLab, and Azure DevOps to achieve efficient and scalable deployments.
Cloud Platform Management: Manage and automate Azure cloud environments, focusing on advanced automation and management solutions.
What We're Looking For: Technical Expertise: 3+ years leading DevOps processes in large teams and 2-4 years hands-on experience with New Relic, CI/CD tools (OpenShift, GitLab, Azure DevOps), and IaC (Terraform, Azure ARM, AWS CloudFormation).
Monitoring & APM Knowledge: Solid experience with synthetic monitoring, APM, and infrastructure monitoring tools, as well as telemetry data visualization post-implementation.
Cloud Management Skills: Strong background in Azure cloud management and automation (2-4 years).
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with both technical teams and management, presenting insights clearly.
Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, solid English proficiency, and adapt at working with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Data Analytics Skills: Knowledge of data analysis, data science, and data visualization, with experience querying data.
Coding Experience: Background in scripting or coding to support DevOps workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
