The module must display a user-friendly return zone and an administrative zone for this module in the back office.
User: 1. RMA searcher with a new creation button and a list of old RMAs (reference for each RMA identifier).
2. Product search for one or multiple products with an add to return button, generating a list of products to return.
Next step button.
3. List of selected products with the following fields:
Line number of the RMA.
Article reference/description: our reference and the title of the product description.
Order/date: this will reference the order and its date.
Quantity.
Reason selection (dropdown options): we will include valid reasons for a return; reasons will appear in gray (not selectable) or black (selectable) based on the date.
Explanation (extra observations).
Save RMA button.
4. RMA list with the option to add items, with options to cancel or send the RMA at the top of the list.
5. Ability to restrict by product reference and not by ID; the reference will indicate the type of product and its specific warranty period.
6. The client should have their list, either piece by piece or complete by reference of each complete RMA. The RMA must have statuses of rejected, accepted, or coupon generated (1-year validity coupon).
Prestashop:
Acceptance of complete RMA or by product. It must have all options available by default in Prestashop, with options for each product or selectable for grouped options.
Generate discount coupon, reintegrate products into inventory, or generate a credit invoice.
Generate shipping label via API with agencies that already have the APIs installed.
List of RMAs from all clients with the option of done or pending.
This part must be functional to manage these RMAs from the module without needing to exit it.
