Be responsible for identifying and creating growth in Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, with a focus on Spain. You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying, and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your role: Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solutions demonstrations to customers.Identify new deals in advance in the assigned territory of Spain. Identify customers' key persons and build relationships. Identify possible competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.Establish or maintain relationships with current customers and address their needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.Formulate solutions for customers by combining knowledge of Philips Solutions, expertise on hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to build the best winning proposal.Collate customer insights for new product introductions, competitive and market feedback.Participate in congresses, events, and team meetings in Spain & occasionally internationally.Provide accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity using Philips Systems.Provide accurate and transparent forecasts and explanations when required.Act as the knowledge expert on products/solutions, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support.Provide the best solution configuration according to customer needs and follow business policy and pricing strategy according to established guidelines.Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations.You're the right fit if you have: Previous experience in healthcare IT Sales / Business Development.Previous healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology, or hospital IT department is an advantage.Good communication skills at various levels of the customer's organization.Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as a trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.University degree; Engineering or IT preferred.A desire to continuously learn and follow industry developments.High level of business understanding and strong ability to consult customers on adequate product solutions.Strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals.Team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment.Fluent in English and Spanish.*Kindly Submit CV in English About Philips
