Within Central Ops,our Courier Operations team is passionate about optimizing courier growth, experience, and engagement to support Uber Eats' growth in Spain.What You'll DoProactively scope and lead multiple projects to help grow our pipeline of Fleet Partners and couriers in Spain to fuel Uber's growth.Develop strategies and build processes and tools to measure and improve the operational performance of Fleet Partners and couriers (reliability, timeliness, quality, safety, cost).Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track our delivery performance in Spain; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making.Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as Tech/Product, Finance, Legal and Support to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives.What You'll Need2+ years of operational and analytical experience in Operations, Tech or Finance/Consulting.Self-starter with an analytical orientation; compassionate and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; flourishes with change and comfortable with ambiguity.Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as partner management, consensus building, and project management.Exceptional Excel/data management skills; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.Degree preferably in business, economics, math, or other related field.At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
