Our FDA approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patient's own skin to create Spray-on Skin cells.Position Summary: The role will be responsible for implementing, developing, and providing commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data-driven insights to aid decision making.
The financial planning and analysis function will manage all data and dissemination of commercial results across the business, ensuring the relevant tools are provided to support the growth of AVITA Medical's business.Key Responsibilities:Develop a budget model from the ground up.Hands-on in developing and rolling out planning and forecasting data in the planning software.Heavy financial planning and analysis duties including Budgeting, Forecasting, and KPI's.Perform and oversee financial analytics and variance explanations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis that support the business.Meet with business stakeholders and provide support for variances related to AOP and Forecast.Ability to build and improve analytical models that are dynamic in nature.Support the Capex planning and Cashflow modeling.Assist with systems integration/systems upgrades related to planning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field.At least 5 years of work experience in Corporate financial planning and analysis.Forecast modeling experience for a manufacturing-based business model.Familiarity with Adaptive Planning.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.Advanced Excel skills, and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.Quantitative with strong attention to detail and a high degree of comfort with large data volumes.Strong work ethic with the ability to perform in a self-managed environment.Must be good at multitasking with a keen attention to details and following through.EEOC: AVITA Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
