Initiative Capacity Senior Planner, Fragrance BusinessGranollers Planning HubCOTY, Granollers, SpainWe are looking for an NPD Senior Planner reporting to the NPD Planning Manager.MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities:Assess Supplier global capacity with base business input, all initiatives in the pipe, and specific launches for each supplier (BCP + base supplier).Assess the scenario for volume upside and share risk to business (max volume achievable) based on each step constraint and volume seasonality.Assess what-if scenario for volume downside and share E&O/VAR exposure link to supplier technical MOQ.Share intelligible summaries and recommendations to the project team.Drive action mitigation plan with the project team (IPM, IL).Drive BCP plan and another project (GID) in collaboration with the IPM team.Build a database of Material Production Steps (constraint, capacity at each step, bottleneck identification) and share recon to the base business team about inventory parameters to implement at NFG or subcomponents.Coordinate the volume file (production and material) based on project scope at each gate.Ensure all the "below the line" volumes are shared to each team for RCCP.Ensure material orders are placed on time vs CPS shared by SIL.Ensure all FG requirements and production are in line with project milestones.Coordinate the resolution of supply issues with the MPS and MSP team in accordance with SIL directions.Share any risk for material supply and production execution to the MFT (using MROB).Manage the PIPO items tool.Manage the service of each project (PO/PI).Coordinate the E&O optimization with the Material and FG supply planning team.THE IDEAL FIT Have a few years' experience as Supply Planner (FG and/or Material).Leadership skills - ability to take the lead in resolution of issues and escalate if needed to higher management.Collaboration and negotiation skills – can positively influence and manage internal and external stakeholders to drive the Supply Chain performance forward.Communication Skills: Ability to summarize decisions for top management and ensure proper day-to-day communication to the team.Planning experience – understanding of Material/FG planning system and procurement concept (Firm, Trade, Forecast, order system).Feels accountable and owner – a personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
