.The TV Proposition Manager will be responsible for the TV portfolio, TV commercial offer and GTM activities within Vodafone, together with the TV performance KPIs achievement. He/she will manage the relationship with all the TV partners ensuring that the strategic goals defined for Vodafone TV are reached.KEY ACTIVITIES / DECISION AREASTV propositionDefinition of TV proposition: content packaging, pricing and business rulesBusiness Plan approvalsIT implementation follow-upDefinition of customer journeys and on-boarding of TV productsExtensive knowledge of the sector and continuous observation of the market and the competition positioningTV PerformanceOperational follow-up with commercial channels and CVM teams of TV activity and TV KPI delivery, and in particular, TV sales and churnMarketing Retail actions to increase traffic to Vodafone StoresIncentive Plans for Sales Force in order to maximize sales of Vodafone TVMeasurement of the performance of TV product and TV packs, analysis of KPIs, and proposals to improve TV performance.Marketing with Content ProvidersDevelop end-to-end marketing collaborations and relationships with key strategic partners, ensuring all Vodafone areas needed are involved and alignedDefine long-term relationship models with content providers under a win-win paradigmResponsible for Third Party joint Marketing Actions with the objective of driving traffic to Vodafone Sales Channels and improving Vodafone TV awareness.Managing the TV annual co-marketing plan & budget with TV partnersSpecial Actions and campaigns to communicate the content highlights and premieres of Vodafone TV Channels & PartnersIn-campus Special Actions to maximize the knowledge and prescription of Vodafone TVVodafone TV CommunicationDefinition of Vodafone TV communication in owned, earned and paid media ensuring coherence of messages.ATL campaigns brief, overseeing and approval when Vodafone TV is involvedDefine the propositions, timings and correct implementation of campaigns in coordination with Marketing, Brand, PR, RRSS and CVM departmentsDefinition, together with Base Growth department, of the Communication Plan for Vodafone Customer Base in order to maximize the value per customer and increase TV customers engagement to the product and loyalty.Vodafone TV Go 2 MarketBringing new TV product & offers communication to live, being an active participant in key strategic launchesTo ensure a good level of knowledge on Vodafone TV Content of the Sales Force and Customer SupportSales Speeches for Vodafone TV; Press Releases; Training; Product Guides; etc.REQUIREMENTSEducation / experienceFormal education: University degree, Masters preferredSpecialty: Business administration/MarketingYears of experience: +10 yearsLanguage: English (negotiation level) and Spanish (necessary)CapabilitiesResults-oriented, passionate about his/her roleExcellent collaboration/communication skills with a wide variety of people (Marketing, Sales, Comms, PR
