Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece) region, as well as ensure the implementation of new digital channels.The role will operate solidly within the Southern Cluster structure alongside other cluster and regional stakeholders such as Medical/Clinical, Finance, Training & Education, Comm Ex, Supply Chain, R&D, RA, Market Access, Digital Marketing, GPR, etc as well as the Renal EMEA team to ensure that Baxter's regional team has a clear direction plus effective traditional and digital tools/programs with which they can approach healthcare professionals/payers in this new virtual setting. Regional Marketing partners with countries to enable commercial execution excellence to accelerate profitable sales.Travel expected up to 30% of the time
