We are looking for a payments operations manager to join our team and manage operations as well as drive and execute strategic initiatives with a number of key partners. You'll drive efforts to build products, improve operations, drive incident management procedures, and use metrics to track performance. The role will require close coordination with product and tech teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Marketing, Finance, Risk, etc., and with external partners' senior executives. The Operations and Partnerships Manager for Payments will report to the Head of Payments.
Main Responsibilities:Manage payments operations and potential incidences with buyers and sellers on the platform.Work cross-functionally with a number of Miravia teams - including marketing, user growth, product, legal, finance, customer care, etc - to build integrations, products, drive process enhancements and ensure smooth end-to-end operation of payments and partnerships initiatives.Project management of special projects and value-added programs in the payments area.Perform data analysis to develop insights and identify growth opportunities for the payments business.Build and own operational relationships with key partners (such as Banks, Local Schemes, Wallet providers, Networks and technology partners).Drive the performance of all partnerships against OKRs, KPIs, and deliver reports.Define SLAs and performance standards for our partners and drive efforts to implement and track commitments.Perform product & tech benchmarks and propose new product features or improvements.Identify gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities.Perform UAT and launch iterations of our product throughout the life of the project.Position Requirements:5+ years of project/partnership management and/or payments operations experience.3+ years experience working with Banking or Payments partners & systems.Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.Knowledge of and experience with payment technologies and ecosystem.Well-connected with major European payment players.Proven ability to successfully drive small- to medium-sized projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.Goal and process-oriented with a strong business sense/acumen and able to deliver and manage simultaneous projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
