Support MS knowledge enhancement for internal teams through trainings and MS tool support.Monitor market MS product evolution.Standardize and oversee onsite assets monetization in close collaboration with platform campaign and branding events.Manage MS seller incentive planning, execution, and evolution.Drive MS adoption and activation by BU & Segment in collaboration with other functional teams.Position Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a multinational company, with relevant experience in e-commerce or retail business and working experience in Spain is preferred.Experience in Ads products and operations.Fluent in English and Spanish; being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.Experience in Seller operations.
