Summary Main Responsibilities Admissions ProcessProcessing and responding to mail sent to the office and managing the office filing system.Create reports from admission database: include status reports of admission funnel progression, re-enrollment of returning students, and attrition. Assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director of Admission.Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions systems and practices and liaising with staff both within and external to the department to instigate improvements. Contribute to the effective implementation of any admissions policies and processes in line with corporate objectives.Lead dispatcher: Validating and assigning leads to Associate Directors following department policies.Marketing and CommunicationCoordinate with the Corporate Marketing and Communication Department the MiM Admissions Marketing Plan.Events management: Organize department's events. Willingness to travel to support the organization of events.Social Media Management: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn. Contribute to social media content creation. Video editing is a plus.Work on the MiM Admissions Communication Plan.Create communication templates, update the website, and prepare promotional materials.Coordinate with external partners and Associate Directors the bookings of fairs to promote the MiM program, ensuring Associate Directors have all necessary promotional material to attend the fairs.Set up contractual relationships with external providers to create awareness and generate leads.Track invoices and follow up on costs.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree is preferred.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.Superior communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent English communication skills.Comfortable with public speaking while displaying a high degree of professionalism and tact at all times.Knowledge of Canvas, Pardot, and Salesforce is highly valuable.Key CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Team player.Customer orientation.Positive attitude.Accuracy and attention to detail.Organizational skills to plan and organize a diverse workload.
