Fuelled by creativity and data-driven thinking, they drive Preply's mission forward.Role Overview: As Brand Marketing Director, you will act as the bridge between fast moving, autonomous and impact driven Brand and Marketing teams powering our growth globally. Leading a stellar team of Campaign, Social Media and content managers, you will devise and drive creative ways our brand tells unique stories in order to reach a global and diverse base of learners and tutors. We believe in end to end ownership, so you will also play an essential role defining frameworks to measure campaign performance and design strategies to support the optimization of our brand marketing performance and, ultimately, drive growth.What you'll be doing:Partner with our Chief Brand Officer and other senior stakeholders to raise the bar of our Brand in multiple applications, from Marketing, Product and Sales.Develop, implement and scale a comprehensive brand measuring framework to track media impact and support budget allocation decisions.Act as the sponsor across the organization for quantifying brand activities, actively communicating opportunities for improvement and showcasing successful case studies.Lead a cross-functional team to define success metrics for our campaigns and develop a campaign/production calendar and campaign reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Build and evolve a team of content creators, social media managers, and campaign managers.Define the global technology stack for Communications management and measurement, including media intelligence, influencer research and measurement, social media planning, and listening tools.Inspire the team to implement a data-driven approach to identify relevant audiences and determine the most effective channels to reach them.Connect the Marketing, Creative and Brand teams to use performance data to influence the content creation, focusing on increasing impact of campaigns, align brand storytelling and design a short, mid and long-term communication strategy.
